My Story
I’m Laura, 38 and live in Leeds. I had always had a love for scented candles...that was until I came across SCENTSY!
A friend of mine told me about how wonderful these scents were and how a warmer was much better than a burner. I had never tried the products, but had been following her journey for a few months and saw how amazingly well she was doing. I had been pondering about the idea of joining Scentsy myself, as I thought it would be a nice little sideline with my other business, but I was sceptical at first, it sounded too good to be true. I also thought I wouldn’t have enough time, with my other business and family life and I believed I didn’t know enough people to make a success of it. So I left it.
How wrong I was!! Fast forward 8 months and I was asked if I would like to try a few samples. Of course I agreed, I was eager to find out what all the fuss was about...and OMG! The moment that envelope of samples came through my door, I could instantly smell the gorgeous scents wafting through their packets! I was hooked instantly! I didn’t even own a warmer, but the scent alone made my decision very clear, I wanted to be a part of this and joined the next day! This was in May 2019 and since then I‘ve falling in love with the products and have had so much fun and made so many fantastic friendships, that it doesn’t seem like work at all. Plus my home is now full of gorgeous Scentsy products (many of them freebies - one of the perks of being a consultant) that I‘ve never looked at a candle since!
Anyone who comes in my home, asks what the amazing smell is...It’s my Scentsy! I‘ve loved every minute since becoming a consultant and only wish I had started sooner.
